• 100 x 200 Covered Arena
• 30 Stall Barn
• Large 12′ x 12′ Stalls with wall to wall Floor Mats, Automatic Waterers, and Swing Out Feeders
• 20′ x 24′ Tack Room
• 24′ x 24′ Office and Viewing Lounge
• Individual Grooming Areas
• 2 Heated Wash Bays
• 5 Turnout Pens, each with it’s own Loafing Shed
